Prince Edward Island Photo Galleries - Lakeside

Lakeside is one of my favourite swimming beaches. In places the sand drops off rather quickly forming pools that you can swim. Having said that it can also be very dangerous. Rip tides can form when the weather conditions are right catching unsuspecting swimmers.

This is also a very popular beach among both Island residents and tourists alike. But if you walk far enough down the beach there's no trouble in staking out a nice private spot.

Lakeside also sits next to CrowBush Golf Course. I've never golfed before so I couldn't tell you if it's a great golf course or not but one thing I can say, the scenery is very nice.
