Digby, Nova Scotia - Lady Vanessa Fisheries Exhibit

This Fisheries Exhibit was closed and looking at the condition of the boat it may stay closed. The Digby waterfront appeared to be on the downside of economic investment when we were there. This is another reality of the maritimes. It comes down to municipal and provincial politics along with Federal Transfer Payments. Some years it's boom with investment capital creating these wonderful tourist attractions and other times it's bust.
